- Chef Brandi Key will create three different courses for the guest (that’s you), only providing the wine guys from Max’s Wine Dive and The Tasting Room with the ingredients that will go into the dishes.
- Each will then select the best wines to pair with each course.
- Chef Key will come out and talk about each course, and the wine guys will present the wine they selected and why.
- The guest (that’s you again) will then vote on your favorite wine pairing for each course.
- At the end of dinner, we will select a winner
Sounds like fun right? It will be a fabulous night of food and wine, with a few surprises at the beginning and end of the night!
