Serves 4-6 People


2 cups water
2-1/2 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup olive oil, divided
1/4 pound lean Italian sweet sausage, crumbled
1 shallot, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup uncooked arborio or medium grain rice
1-2 cup dry white wine (Chardonnay)
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed, drained and chopped
1/4 cup heavy cream
