Katy Sip N Stroll, the area’s largest wine and culinary festival, will take place this Saturday, November 4, 2017 from 6:00 – 9:00 p.m. at Villagio Town Center. The bi-annual event (presented by Kroger) offers the perfect opportunity for guests to discover new wines, taste brews from some of the top local craft breweries, and enjoy culinary creations paired with a backdrop of local artisans and live music on three stages.

There will be over 150 wine selections from favorites including Alexander Valley Vineyards, Braman, Duckhorn, Trinchero, Constellation Brands, and many more. On the culinary front, there will be 25 tasting stations hosted by local favorites like BB’s Café, Dining with the Tunes, Dish Society, Fajita Pete’s, Great Harvest Bread, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Peli Peli, Whiskey Cake, just to name a few.

Highlights of this year’s event include Bubbles @ Villagio featuring champagne and sweet treats, The Kroger Beer Club with premium selections from an array of craft breweries, culinary action stations by participating restaurants, and a silent auction and wine pull benefiting The Ballard House, which provides temporary housing for individuals receiving treatment for serious medical conditions and their families. The shelter has been forced to temporarily close its doors due to damage from Hurricane Harvey. All auction item proceeds and funding raised will directly fund repairs to help The Ballard House reopen its doors to serve families in need.
