Notable Eats: Myself and my eating partner for the day opted to do a single slice of bread cut in half so we could try more combinations. Here are a few of our favorites from the day:

  • Wheat Bread (Grilled), Almond Butter, Blackberry Jam, Sliced Strawberries, Nutella
  • White Bread, Peanut, Grape Jam, Sliced Apples, Agave
  • Wheat Bread (Grilled), Cashew Butter, Pickles, Sriracha
  • White Bread (Grilled), Peanut Butter, Strawberry Jam, Sliced Bananas, Honey

Fun Fact: Jill and Will own a design company as their day job.

Here’s the Skinny: Monster PBJ is an all-vegetarian, vegan-friendly, and customized PB&J sandwiches food truck. They offer a plethora of combinations with their variety of nut butters + fresh fruit + jam + sweet toppings. If being a PB & J only truck does not make them cool enough; all their nut butters are freshly ground by them daily. They offer 3 different sizes of sandwiches – the Junior which is one slice of bread, the Classic which is 2 slices of bread and finally the Monster which is 3 slice of bread. Additionally, you decide how you would like it cut and tell them crust on or off. What more can you ask for? Maybe a glass of milk? COME ON people they are a vegan-friendly truck! So if milk is a must, then bring it with you; believe me it’s not a deal breaker.
