Uchi Houston is excited to launch a few new cocktails as part of their fall menu. These cocktails are perfect for the transition from the scorching summer heat to the crisp fall breeze as well as a pleasant leave from beer or wine. The Yuki Hiyo (translating to mean ‘Snow Leopard’) takes a Japanese twist on a classic lemon drop, while the Shinku Bakudan (‘Crimson Bomb’) features a spicy kick.

0.25 oz Simple Syrup
1 Lemon Wedge

Shinku Bakudan (Crimson Bomb)

4 medium Thai Basil Leaves
2 shots Bar Keep Chinese Five Spice Bitters
0.25 oz Simple Syrup
2 oz Thai Basil Infused Shirakabe
1.5 oz Lindeman’s Kriek
