Did someone say truffles? Yes, we most certainly did. Those delicate, aromatic, umami-flavored rare delights are coming to an event near you giving you a unique opportunity that should not be missed!

Now in its fifth year, Truffle Masters, hosted by Houston-based luxury food importer DR Delicacy, is putting truffles on display in the most tasty way. This one-of-a-kind evening will feature delicious samples (created with truffles of course), delectable desserts, premium beverages, live entertainment, and a big board auction and raffle.

Some of the top local restaurants and chefs will create sophisticated truffle-inspired dishes featuring first-rate black truffles. Popular favorites include Cafe Annie (Chef Elliot Kelly), Emmaline (Chef Michael Semancik), Hotel Alessandra Houston (Chef Jose Hernandez), Kiran’s (Chef Kiran Verma), State of Grace Restaurant (Chef Bobby Matos), Poitín (Chef Dominick), and Maison Pucha Bistro (Chef Manuel Pucha), just to name a few.

So how can you get in on the fun? We are glad you asked!

In addition to General Admission tickets, there are two VIP options available. This first VIP option will provide access to the VIP pre-party presented by Gloria Ferrer which will feature a Gloria Ferrer champagne bar, Kagan Cellars wine bar, Genji Sake, speciality cocktails featuring Roxor Gin, a private VIP bar for premium beverages, bites by the 2018 Truffle Master’s winner, TRIS (f.k.a Hubbell & Hudson), a special VIP gift bag and valet parking. The second VIP option (very limited quantity) includes all of the above plus a reserved table-top and a personal butler by The Art Institute of Houston to serve you! Grab your tickets here.

The event will take place on January 28th at The Revaire and the ladies of Urban Swank will definitely be in the place to be! And we hope to see you there too!

This year, The Truffle Masters benefits Second Servings of Houston, Houston’s only prepared and perishable food rescue organization.
