Triniti’s long-awaited concept restaurant and bakery, FM 903, which is slated for a Fall 2014 opening (in the old Ruggles land at 903 Westheimer) is offering a sweet, sneak peek at the menu that Pastry Chef Samantha Mendoza will feature in the bakery.

Beginning November 2, 2013 and continuing every Saturday until FM 903 opens, Mendoza will be hosting a Pop Up Bakery and serving festive, holiday, sweets in the lounge at Triniti Restaurant. The Pop Up will sell pastries, fried pies, truffles, macaroons and anything else your sweet tooth could desire. To sweeten the experience even more, shoppers can peruse the variety of sugary confections with $1 drip coffee, mimosas or bloody mary in hand. FM 903’s assortment of treats are perfect for holiday dinners, parties or for no reason whatsoever.

Items are available every Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Pre ordered pastries, pies and cakes available with 72 hours notice.  Please call 713.527.9090.
