Have you ever been bummed out because you missed your opportunity to enjoy brunch over the weekend? Have no fear…the Max’s Wine Dive Monday industry brunch is here! But, you don’t have to be in the culinary industry to get in on this deal.

Max’s is making an exception to the rule and in addition to opening their doors on Mondays, when many restaurants are closed, they are showing up and showing out with tasty offerings like their Egg Burrito stuffed with Chorizo, Beans, Cheese & Serrano Tomatillo Salsa. The Wings & Donuts will surely entice and you will have no problem digging into at least a half dozen of those donut holes (I know I did). And if your off on Monday, go ahead and enjoy a few rounds of the “Flow-mosas” made with freshly squeezed juice from the Flow Juice Bar next door.

Every Monday, from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m., Chef Michael Pellegrino and Chef Pelon will create 10 new brunch dishes, all for $10 and offer craft mimosas and wine specials. The additional element of surprise is not knowing what these two will come up with each week. They have been known to stuff a sausage with bacon, jalapeno and cheese and coat it with red velvet batter (AKA “The RVP Kolache”); just sayin’. This special brunch, called the “No Shift” Monday brunch, is available at the MAX’s Wine Dive Fairview location. We think there is no better way to describe a meal than to give you a little food porn, so here we go…
