Chef Roberto Castre of Latin Bites is happy to announce the return of the “buffet” brunch, starting this Sunday, June 17th.

Guests will be able to choose from more than 30 different hot and cold items, including: a variety of egg items including Revueltos- “Scrambled Eggs and “Benedictos;” their traditional  Papas a la Huancaina, golden potatoes with a  creamy cheese sauce of aji amarillio; Cebiche Pescado, a seasonal fish marinated in your choice of aji limo, amarillio or rocoto leche de tigre; Causa de Pollo, whipped potato salad infused in aji amarillio, served with avocado and chicken salad; Humitas, Peruvian sweet fresh corn tamales with queso fresco; Green Tamales, Peruvian style corn cilantro tamales with queso fresco; Seco de Carne, slow cooked beef in a cilantro stew; Adobo de Puerco, pork loin marinated in aji, Panca adobo; Chorizo Argentino, grilled Argentinian sausage; Platano frito, sweet plaintains; as well as a variety of sweets including-Arroz con Leche, rice pudding; Purple corn cheesecake, and Suspiro Limeno, dulce de leche mousse .
