As part of a hometown expansion that has more than doubled its Houston store count, Snap Kitchen announces the opening of its fifth Houston location at 6700 S. Rice Ave in Bellaire. The crisp and contemporary 860-square-foot store will have its grand opening on October 1st. Additionally, Snap Kitchen will unveil more than 15 new dishes featuring seasonal ingredients to complement its growing menu of healthy offerings.

Snap Kitchen is dedicated to bringing customers flavorful, handcrafted food that supports a commitment to local, organic ingredients and healthy cooking. An expansive, seasonally updated menu caters to vegan, gluten-free, paleo, vegetarian, carb conscious, and active lifestyles. Cold Pressed Juices, specialty elixirs and a variety of salads are also available.
Beginning next week, Snap Kitchen will roll out updated menus adding a new selection of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack items. The new offerings will be introduced at all five Houston locations: Upper Kirby, Memorial Park, Tanglewood, Downtown, and Bellaire locations.
Start off your day right with three new breakfast items. The Chia Seed Pudding with Stewed Fruit, unsweetened almond milk, lite coconut milk, coconut water, organic chia seeds, dried berries and orange juice.Choose the Oven Dried Tomato & Goat Cheese Tart, almond flour crust, whole eggs, goat cheese and tomato. Want a bit of heat, try the Texas Grassfed Beef Hash, egg whites, red and green peppers, sweet onions, cilantro and red kidney beans.
During your mid-day dash, there are four new dishes to choose from. The back-by-popular demand Beef Stroganoff, brown rice fettucini, part skim ricotta, mushrooms, onions, sauteed spinach. Savor the exotic flavors ofthe Chicken Tikka Masala, brown rice, chicken, cauliflower, tomatoes, green peas. Taste the flavors of fall with the Grilled Kale Hoppin’ John, a new vegan bowl with black beans, brown rice, pumpkin seeds and grilled kale. Delight in the Fettuccini and Vegetable “Alfredo”, with brown rice fettucini, caramelized onions, spinach and vegan “alfredo” sauce.
Wind down your day with three delicious dinner items. The Peri Peri Beef and Pork, Spinach/Cabbage mix with brown Spanish rice, pulled pork and peri peri sauce; the Roasted Garlic and Mushroom pizza, cauliflower crust, peri peri sauce, roasted garlic, sauteed mushrooms, roasted bell peppers and caramelized onions.
A variety of snack items will also be available including: Harvest Kale, red cabbage, roasted butternut squash, candied walnuts and date sauce; Dijon Egg Salad, hard-boiled eggs, jalepeno hummus, celery, Dijon mustard and pickled red onions; Salmon and Kale, red potatoes, Greek yogurt, kale, red onion and green pepper.
