Reserve 101 Whiskey Bar & Signature Cocktail Lounge, Houston’s premier location for whiskey and spirits of all kinds, is taking the summer heat in strides with a new refreshing cocktail menu with “push pop” cocktails to battle those hot summer days.

The menu features the latest thirst-quenching cocktails crafted by Reserve 101 partner Mike Raymond and highlights his passion for quality spirits in a casual EaDo atmosphere.

Featured Summer Cocktails:

Islay Egg Cream
Laphroiag 10 year mixed with Kahlua, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg whites, topped with club soda.

Kilt Lifter
Isle of Jura “Superstition,” lemon juice, simple syrup with a float of ruby port.

Cactus Juice
Spiked vodka with Velvet Falernum, lemon juice, agave nectar and a dash of housemade smoked cherry and espresso bitters.

Texas Mint Julep
Reserve 101’s spiced up version of the Churchill Downs classic!

Barrel Aged Vieux Carre
A spin on the classic made with St. George Dry Rye Gin and aged for 5 weeks (while supplies last).

In addition to the latest summer cocktails, Reserve 101 is also bringing back the Push Pop Cocktails that are reminiscent of the novelty candy we all enjoyed as children. Available in two flavors – Chocolate Chip Mint Julep, made with chocolate milk, mint leaves and Woodford Reserve Bourbon; and the Salted Caramel Bacon and Bourbon Creamsicle, made with Buffalo Trace Bourbon – these playful concoctions are reminiscent of the novelty candy we all enjoyed as children. The push pop cocktails are available for $7 a pop during open hours, Monday through Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. and Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.
