In our new series, it’s all about the food. We will visit a spot and give you a thumbs up or thumbs down to answer the question, “Well, How Was It?”

Location: Triniti Restaurant – 2815 South Shepherd, Houston, Texas 77098
Type of Cuisine: Bakery Yummies
Initial Thoughts: How the hell can I pick just one or two?!?! They all look so good.

When it was time to step up and show what you got, Pastry Chef Samantha Mendoza did just that, and she is now one of the headliners along with Chef Ryan Hildebrand of Triniti Restaurant. I was blown away with the talent of Chef Samantha and her tasty treats during my visit to the pop-up bakery for their restaurant FM 903, which is slated to debut Fall 2014. This pop-up will be open every Saturday from 10am-2pm, until they open FM 903. Chef Samantha will serve and test many different sweets and bakery items. The Pop Up will sell pastries, fried pies, truffles, macaroons and anything else your sweet tooth could desire.
