Coconuts and pineapples are the quintessential fruit of summer, so there is no wonder why we celebrate National Piña Colada Day on July 10th. Spice things up this holiday by using Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum in your Piña Colada cocktail.

Wahine Piña Colada

1 ½ parts fresh pineapple juice
1 ½ parts house-made cream of coconut
1 ½ parts Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum

Combine all ingredients in a shaker and add ice. Shake well and pour into a frozen pineapple. Garnish with sprinkled coconut flakes and an orchid.
