Laurenzo’s Bar & Grill, located in Montrose, has been serving up American classics for many years. They are a staple in the Houston community and even if you have yet to visit the restaurant, most likely you have been to one of the family’s other Houston spots, like El Tiempo, which is hands down one of our favorite spots for Tex-Mex.

Executive Chef Laurenzo heads up the kitchen and prepares the most memorable dishes including their Prime Rib (a must try), Sunday Gravy Papparadelle (made with a delicious meat gravy passed down from Grandma Ninfa), and the Filet Steak a la Pimenta (a Mexico City classic made with spicy peppered beef tenderloin and creamy pimienta sauce).

  • They are hosting a crawfish boil on Fat Tuesday (February 28th) starting at 4pm. Enjoy crawdads at $5 per pound along with $4 house margaritas, $2.50 domestic draft beer and $3 craft draft beer.
  • Prime Rib Mondays will help you get your Prime Rib on and you can eat as much as your heart desires. The Prime Rib will go for $2 per ounce and will be served with au jus and a baked potato or salad. Add a glass of wine to your meal for $6.
  • We are lovers of a good steak night and Laurenzo’s Bar & Grill has you covered. On Tuesday nights, enjoy your choice of a 12 oz. ribeye or a 6 oz. filet with a salad or a baked potato for only $18. It’s a steal of a deal.
  • Drop by on Thursday, March 9th for National Meat Ball Day and try their Sunday Gravy Pappardelle because it’s the day where everyone should be enjoying a meatball or two. Just sayin’.
