Erin Rose is legendary among bartenders in NOLA and beyond for their classic frozen Irish coffee. Here, Rhiannon Enil gives us a rich frozen concoction that blends Fernet Branca Menta with mocha gelato, milk and coffee (or chocolate — your choice).

Brancamenta Frappe

1 1/2 ounce Fernet Branca Menta
2 scoops (about 6 ounces) mocha gelato
3/4 ounce whole milk

Blend until smooth, serve in a 12 ounce cup and top with coffee or chocolate.
