BRC Gastropub (BRC), with over 50 craft beers, is celebrating American Craft Brewers Week, May 13 – 19, 2013, with a variety of events. We welcome beer beginners, beer enthusiasts, and hard-core beer geeks that want to celebrate. Each brewery will be at BRC with swag and giveaways each evening.

Schedule of Events

MONDAY: Karbach tap take over and a growler sale with $3 draft beers starting at 5 p.m. BRC will offer Karbach beer cheese soup ($8) on the menu that evening.

TUESDAY: Tapping Buffalo Bayou Brewery including a free growler with beer purchased to fill it to the first 25 people starting at 5 p.m. Rassul Zarinfar, owner of the brewery will be at BRC that evening. BRC will offer a beer bratwurst with sauerkraut and mustard ($10).

WEDNESDAY: BRC Gastropub is hosting a four-course beer dinner featuring an exclusive menu paired with beers from Deschutes Brewery with seating’s at 6:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Deschutes Brewery will raffle off a special, rare bottle at the end of each seating. The pairing dinner is $65 plus tax and gratuity for four courses, glassware and swag from the brewery. Please call 713-861-2233 to make your reservation.

THURSDAY: Cyclers Brewing tap takeover with owner/brewer Clay Wilkers at 5 p.m. BRC will serve mussels in Cyclers beer ($14) that evening.

FRIDAY: Saint Arnold Brewing Company tap takeover at 5 p.m. Beer Braised Short Ribs ($26) will be on the menu that evening.

SATURDAY & SUNDAY BRUNCH: Green Flash Kegs & Eggs Brunch with Green Flash Brewing Company mini tap takeover. We will offer Green Flash Fish tacos ($16) during brunch on both days. Brunch is served from 10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
