024 Grille, a new local bistro and steakhouse, opens today at the Westin Houston Memorial City, marking another much-anticipated restaurant to launch in the heart of the Energy Corridor and Memorial City District. 024 Grille offers Houston a contemporary evolution of the classic steakhouse in a West Houston hotspot sizzling with style, an energized lounge, and a savvy menu featuring only the finest available 28-day wet-aged steaks, oceanfresh seafood, Colorado lamb and lighter local favorites. 024 Grille is finished in natural red brick and cedar trim and features an inviting dining room with a lively open kitchen, rustic wood dining tables and a large backlit bar with leather stools, greeting guests with a modern yet rustic ambience. Complete with four intimate private event rooms, a sophisticated, yet approachable wine list and a signature cocktail menu, 024 Grille is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Executive Chef Dagan Lynn leads the team behind the Houston restaurant. Joining Lynn is Justin Strang as Restaurant Chef and Jon Kuit as General Manager. Kuit will oversee operations of the 4,000-plus square-foot space, which has seating capacity for 244 patrons. Much of 024 Grilleʼs success will be centered on its highly acclaimed dinner menu featuring the finest and freshest steaks, lamb, and seafood available in Houston. Beef offerings include several sizes of tender Filet Mignon, Ribeye, New York Sirloin and an 18-ounce T-bone. A succulent Veal Porterhouse and a half or a full Rack of Lamb are favorites as well.

Equally impressive is the seafood and other entrees on the restaurantʼs inviting menu, with tantalizing dishes such as Atlantic Salmon Meuniere, Brick Oven Chicken, Wasabi Pea Crusted Ahi Tuna plus a fish and a pasta of the day. Diners also can enjoy scrumptious side dishes such as mouth-watering Truffle Mac and Cheese, Yukon Gold Marscapone Mashed Potatoes, House Cut French Fries and more. Locally-inspired appetizers range from Shrimp Bisque to Pan Sauteed Shishito Peppers and a traditional Steakhouse Iceberg Wedge Salad to Warm Chicken Liver Pate. Homemade desserts include Texas Trail Sticky Toffee Pudding, Flourless Chocolate Cake, Lavender Crème Brulee and a Peanut Butter Chocolate Mousse, complete with Banana Ice Cream.

Whether squeezing in lunch during work hours or dining leisurely with friends, lunch patrons at 024 Grille will enjoy house specialties such as a Certified Angus Beef Burger or a brick oven fired flatbread pizza. Other traditional grilled sandwiches include BLT with Roast Turkey and a West Side Grilled Chicken Sandwich. Seasonally inspired entrees such as Pork Carnitas Soft Tacos and Pan Flashed Coastal Crab Cakes as well as “create your own” salad options are also staples of the power lunch offerings at 024 Grille.

The restaurantʼs SuperFoodsRx breakfast menu offers revitalizing dishes made from powerhouse ingredients and antioxidants, including Berry, Apple and Granola Muesli, Organic Pastel Egg White and All-Natural Turkey Omelet, Steel Cut Cinnamon-Scented Oatmeal and Blueberry and Orange Granola Pancakes to name a few. 024 Grille also features an extensive selection of wines, scotch, cognac, cordials and signature classic cocktails.

024 Grille is open for breakfast Monday – Friday from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. Lunch service occurs from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. daily. Dinner hours are 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. daily. In addition to the restaurant, the adjacent 024 Lounge features modern décor a soothing water wall and white oversized leather couches and comfortable club chairs. Happy hour and late-night guests at the Lounge can enjoy indulgences from the small plate selections menu while enjoying relaxing music in a calming environment.

Both venues feature Happy Hour exclusives Monday – Friday from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM with selected wines, hand-crafted specialty cocktails and half-priced small plates. 024 Grille and 024 Lounge accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
