Happy Wednesday Swanksters! Today is one of those outfit days that has me all kinds of confused as to WHAT AM I GONNA WEAR. The weatherman says we are supposed to get a cold front and rain (check), plus I have executive meetings at work (yes, I have a day job), and a happy hour event with a few friends – so I say again, “what am I going to wear”?!?!?

Well you can never go wrong with a black and white outfit , so voilà, my dilemma is solved. Okay it was not a very hard choice, except putting on the plain black tights (patterned and textured ones are a bit much for my day job), because I’m kind of obsessed with black and white clothing. Seriously, I have it bad and jump for joy every time I read that it’s still trending strong for Spring/Summer 2014. The reason I love it so, is it can be as casual or dramatic as you want it to be; one is only limited by their imagination. Some days I will add a pop of color with my shoes, purse, or a scarf. But not today – this day I pay homage to black and white by sporting it head to toe! Plus, I’ve wanted to break-out my Brian Atwood shoes with the fun black & white 4-inch snakeskin heel since I purchased them last year. Another thing you will notice is that I stuck with winter white for this look, because I just prefer it this time of year.

Do you love the black and white color trend as much as me? If not, then what are your favorite color combinations?
