Christmas is right around the corner and what do you get the girl that has everything??? How about more of what she loves, which would likely include a unique purse, killer shoes, or some super fun accessories. I’ve been looking and came up with these finds:
First up is one of my favorites, Elaine Turner. They are really a one stop shop for all of the above. During a recent stop in while doing a photo shoot for our website and also looking for accessories and a purse to complete Urban Girl’s birthday outfit, we couldn’t help finding several things that would work and also to add to our Christmas list (Hint, Hint). Before you ask – yes, that is the birthday dress Urban Girl is wearing below and it came from Melodrama Boutique (she is gonna be HAWT ya’ll)!
Urban Girl: Purse – Phoebe Patent Red (Elaine Turner)
Swanky Girl: Purse – Simone Metallic Copper (Elaine Turner)
The new online boutique, Hidden Arcane, won me first with their tagline… “For The Love Of Handmade Art”. LOVE IT – and not only for my love of the arts, but it also screams, “I’m gonna get something unique and different!” I recently went to a preview of the new collection and was blown away by the jewelry and handbags. The collections ranged from simple and elegant, to bold and edgy – no matter which one of these girls you are they got you covered boo!
Handbags are from HA Leather are made to order, so they can be completely customized.
Jewelry is from Fusion
Jewelry from Loto
Stash Co. is one of my new favorite great stories and also Handbag/Bag companies. It is also the nickname of owner Cheryl Schulke – I love fun facts. She has been creating bags for about 5 years, but only in the last few years moved into her families 100 year old mattress factory for complete bag production. These are some of the coolest and unique purses and bags for women and men I’ve seen in a while. This past weekend I got an amazing opportunity to attend an open house, they don’t usually open their doors to the public, to view and purchase the latest products and to tour the factory. I only purchased a t-shirt and one carry-all bag, but I want about 2 more purses, a belt, a camera strap, and a apron. They are planning to have more of these open houses in the future, but for now you can visit their website to make purchases.
My new canvas carryall bag is hanging on the left.
Hope this helps you find one or two items for that hard to please female or even male (remember Stash has stuff for the men) on your holiday list.
