You guys know I believe sharing is caring, so it would not be right if I didn’t share some of the makeup products that I’m crazy in love with at the moment!

NARS Powermatte Lip Pigment (in American Woman)

If you are like me you’ve been waiting and wondering when (and if) NARS was going to come out with a liquid lipstick. Well, they finally debuted a collection of them which they are calling Powermatte Lip Pigments.

The formula is beautiful, the doe-foot applicator is smart, and the colors are bangin’!!! It wears so nicely and feels superb on your lips. There are several colors that I am in love with and I think would look great on most skin tones – American Woman (pictured above), Rock With You, and Don’t Stop.

Wowder Powder (in Deep/Dark)

We all know that Glossier is all about glowy and dewy skin, so for them to come out with a product like Wowder Powder I was surprised! It is not that they were not capable because they have amazing products, it’s just not on brand for them. Glossier’s purpose with this product is to give options to those that want a more matte look!

The thing about the Wowder Powder that is a point of love is it’s lightweight, so there is never an issue of having it settle into your fine lines. It also blurs your pores and looks skin-like!

Wowder comes in 3 shades. I got it in Deep/Dark which in my opinion needs to be much warmer, or they need to add another shade in between this and dark. I’m going to order the dark next time and try mixing the two colors. In the interim, I’m going to just use it after my primer and before my foundation (this technique works great on my over-productive sebum days).

Natasha Denona All Over Glow Face & Body Shimmer in Powder (in Dark)

Can you say natural glow. YASSS Natasha comes through with that healthy-looking glow, and the beauty lovers go crazy! This could probably describe most of her products, the goes crazy part.

When I tried the sample in the store, it was game over for me, because I knew it was a winner. That milk chocolate brown just gave my skin LIFE! It gave me a gentle shimmer and glow which I love because when it comes to those two things, I want to look more natural and understated. Now for an evening look, I am more heavy-handed with it and feel a little in the décolletage is a requirement.

Smashbox Cover Shot Eye Palette (in Ablaze)

This is the perfect eyeshadow palette for your travel bag! When these first hit the market, I was excited because I wanted something that was small enough to fit inside my smaller makeup bag and that would be easy to travel with me on short trips. I passed on the first 5 palettes that launched because none had more than two colors I wanted. When the Ablaze one dropped (the 6th in the collection), I picked it up because I was feeling the whole damn palette! I’ll leave you with this… High PIGMENT and FALL COLORS for days.

Anastasia Beverly Hills Matte Lipstick (in Cool Brown)

Confession time – I have not stopped talking about this lipstick since I got it! I guess it’s safe to say I’ve saved the best for last. This lipstick has rocked my WORLD. Not only do I love lipstick and easily have over 120 tubes (I stopped counting at 120 because it was just getting embarrassing), but have a thing for a good nude-ish color. So when I finally was able to go and swatch the colors I’ve heard such great things about I almost lost my mind! Poor Urban Girl had to listen to me go on and on about this lipstick for about 45 minutes.

The colors that I’m in love with are Peachy, Buff, Latte, Dread, Dead Roses, Resin, Rage, and Smoke. However, the one that is lipstick BAE at the moment is Cool Brown! These lipsticks are a full-pigment lip color with an ultra-matte finish in a comfortable and wearable formula.

So what beauty products are you all loving right now? Are there any that you think I need to try?

Let me know if you like this kind of posts, and we will add them to the regular rotation!
